Meet the Founder + Clinical Director
Susan Walker, ND, WTS
Susan Walker is the CEO of Earthtones Cosmetics and founder of TrichoSpa by Earthtones. She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Certified Trichologist with the World Trichology Society, and a passionate advocate for healthy hair, scalp, and skin care—especially for textured hair types.
Susan brings a unique blend of medical, scientific, and cosmetic expertise to her work. She holds advanced certifications in Laser Therapy, Microneedling, Chemical and Mechanical Exfoliation, and Collagen Induction Therapy, and a Master’s Certificate in Cosmetic Science from the University of Cincinnati.

As an educator and speaker, Susan has presented at national and international events including the Taliah Waajid World Natural Hair Health & Beauty Show, Toronto Natural Hair Show, and Natural Hair Congress (Montreal). Through consultations, treatments, and community events, she continues to empower women to understand their hair and embrace their natural beauty with confidence.
